Diepdale Secondary School is proud to announce its extensive network of community partnerships and support services. We're now working with Jozi FM, Soweto TV, SABC, and local newspapers to better serve our community.
Additional support comes from Social Welfare, SAPS, traffic department for learners' drivers' licenses, and Home Affairs for learners' smart ID cards.
Diepdale Secondary School continues to be a champion in netball and soccer. The school actively participates in various sports foundations including the ET Radebe Foundation, Zodura & Khaza Foundation, and other local tournaments.
Our sports program promotes physical fitness and school spirit among learners, with several teams winning regional competitions this year.
The school hosted another successful matric dance at JODEMA Estate, celebrating the achievements of our Grade 12 learners. The event provided a memorable experience for our graduating class of 2024.

Since becoming an IoT (Internet of Things) school in 2018, Diepdale has continuously integrated technology into learning. All classrooms are now equipped with smartboards and IQ boards.
Learners have access to digital resources, online learning platforms, and government-issued digital devices, enhancing the learning experience.
Diepdale Secondary School has experienced remarkable growth, with enrolment increasing from 420 learners in 2016 to 1,702 learners currently.
This growth reflects the school's reputation for quality education and community trust in our institution. We now serve multiple communities across Soweto.
